微孔钻削的在线实时监测

摘要: 在研制出微孔钻削测力仪和探索出微钻头钻削扭矩极限值分布规律的基础上,对以钻削扭矩为监测对象的微孔钻削在线实时监测进行了研究。得到了本文试验条件下的微钻头钻削扭矩极限值服从三参数威布尔分布的结论。利用分布函数导出的可靠扭矩函数来确定监测阈值,并对钻削过程进行监测。有效地避免了微钻头的折断,提高了微钻头的利用率。

Abstract: On line and real time monitoring of machining of micro holes was investigated.The monitoring was carried out measuring drilling torque.Under the present work,limit values of drilling torques are weibull distribution of three parameters.Reliability function of the torques is derived from the function with weibull distribution of three parameters.Critical value of drilling torques for the monitoring is obtained from the reliability function.From the critical value,process of machining of micro holes is monitored,preventing from breaking of micro drills.So that,the use of micro drills can be improved from the present work.
