难焊金属材料电阻点焊熔核孕育处理的机理与效果

摘要: 应用作者提出的熔核孕育处理新技术对难焊金属材料65Mn、LY12CZ点焊接头进行了系统的工艺试验和微观分析,较好地解释和评价了孕育处理可提高点焊接头力学性能的机理和效果:生成和扩大等轴晶组织区、减小和消除熔核薄弱面、晶粒显著细化、抑制宏观缺陷的产生等.

关键词: 电阻点焊, 孕育处理, 点焊熔核, 凝固组织

Abstract: The research on the theory and quality control techniques of spot welding nugget formation is the main hotspot and frontier in material science. In this article the new techniques-spot welding nugget inoculation proposed by the authors is applied to 65Mn and LY12CZ. Systematic procedure experimentation and micro-structure analysis have been carried out. It gives a preferable explanation and evaluation to the inoculation mechanism and effect that inoculation can enhance the mechanical properties of spot welding joint, producing and enlarging equiaxed grains structure area, diminishing and eliminating weak area and restraining the occurence of macro flaw etc.
