摘要: 针对注塑模流道系统的设计特点,重点研究了流道系统的均等压降原理,由该原理导出分流道设计的公式和流道管状柱面线性化离散的数学模型.在此基础上,通过实例研究,提出了注塑模拟中交互式流道设计的优化公式.

Abstract: The principle has been studied about the same pressure reduction to design characteristics of the runner system of injection mould, which inquires into the design formula of other runner and linearized and dispersed of mathematics model about the tubular cylinder linear runner by means of this principle. The optimized formula has been worked out about the runner interation design in injection simulation.
