Experimental study on vacuum freeze-drying greenery vegetable

Abstract: This experiment was performed on the LGJ 1.5 vacuum freeze drying equipment.The best technology parameter of spinach and coriander,better process flow and freeze drying curve were attained by orthogonal test.After vacuum packaging and storing the freeze dried spinach and coriander the quality analyze was performed.The results show that the vacuum freeze dried spinach and coriander′s reproductivity is good.The fresh vegetable′s color,flavor,shape and their nutrient matter are effectively sustained.
