Abstract:

A zerowatermarking model of vector map based on the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and fractal coding technology was proposed. By wavelet transformation, the map blocks with lowfrequency coefficient can be captured. Then the matched domain blocks can be obtained through fractal similarity computation. The zerowatermark, consisted of the domain blocks and range blocks, was submitted to the thirdparty authentication agency as a backup. Experiment results show that under the geometric transformation attacks, the average error coding rate of the proposed watermarking model is 0.6, lower than other mentioned models, and the model is capable of resisting the IBM attacks.
