Simulation analysis of the security of transmission mechanism of automatic

Abstract:

Finite element software ANSYS was used to model and analyze the transmission mechanism of automatic solar tracking system. The analyses include modal analysis of the mechanism, starting and stopping vibration analysis, force 10 wind static loading analysis and the spectrum analysis of 7 intensity nearsource earthquake. Details of simulation analysis of the mechanism and solution are given. Results of simulation analysis show that the frequency of starting and stopping vibration is smaller than the natural frequency of the mechanism, so resonance does not occur. Stiffness and strength calculations prove that, under force 10 wind and 7 intensity nearsource earthquake, the mechanism meets the design requirements. The destruction of force 10 wind on the mechanism is stronger than that of 7 intensity nearsource earthquake.
