Performance analysis of multiantenna system over multiuser Nakagami-m fading channels

Abstract:

A new multiantenna receiver is proposed based on Maximal Ratio Combing (MRC) and spatial filtering, which can solve the problems of both fading and cochannel interferences in multiuser mobile communication system. The outage probability and Bit Error Ratio (BER) approximate performance of multiantenna system are analyzed in Nakagamim fading channels with multiuser interferences. It is demonstrated that the new multiantenna receiver improves the communication performance of multiuser system over fading channels through comparing with spatial filtering or MRC performance.
