Emergency resources distribution model based on symbiotic genetic algorithm

Abstract:

A timecentered and symbiotic GAbased mathematical model is established and appropriate improvements are made on GA to meet the requirement of contingency resource scheduling. Moreover, the basic elements of GA for solving the best scheduling route are analyzed in detail. A new crossover method and the calculation and evaluation of the fitness function are proposed. Comparison of experiment results shows that, under the same environment situation, the performance of the improved algorithm is better. This model can solve the problem of contingency resource scheduling efficiently and provide strong support for the decision maker.
