Preparation and Application of All-Solid State Quinine Selective Electrode

Abstract: In this paper,a new all solid state quinine selective electrode based on quinine and bismuth iodide association complex is reported for the first time.The electrode shows nernst response for quinine with a slope of 40 mV/pC over the concentration range of 1.0×10-1～1.0×10-5 mol/L.The detection limit is 2.5×10-6 mol/L.While pH is at 3.08～6.10,the change of the electrode response does not exceed ±1mV.The electrode possesses fast response and good reproductibility.The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those of pharmacopoeia.
