Abstract: To improve the stud welder performance and welding quality,this paper adopts automatic computer control system to the welder.With two parallel circuits on arc powered supply,it settles the welding current unicity,stabilizes forerunner arc and ensures enough welding time.In the meantime,the automatic adjustment and optimization function for welding will make the modern flow production more smoothly and reliable.
