Model and Experimental Research of Vibration Drilling Laminated Materials by Variation Parameters

Abstract: In this paper, the authors first describe the characteristics of laminated materials and its applications, analyze its structural properties, and present conceptions of the bounding pod and multi-bounding pad. On the basis of this, the authors establish the machining model of vibration drilling laminated materials by variation parameters and present five-stage vibration drilling model by variation parameters for laminated materials with three layers. Machining experiments in many kinds of laminated materials show that machining quality can be greatly improved by vibration drilling model with variation parameters and the machining is reasonable and practical.
