Study on Benefit Analysis and Calculation of Uncertain Anti-disaster Investment

Abstract: In respect of uncertain anti disaster investment,expected utility function is defined,and on its basis conception of equivalent variation is extended.According to payment of equivalent variation compensation value,three kinds of anti disaster investment benefit are defined,method of benefit calculation is given.Three kinds of benefit definition and algorithm are applied to anti-flood investment.Definition of optimal benefit is found by comparing calculation results.Expected benefit of uncertain anti disaster investment is also defined,and option value to evade risk is difference of anti disaster investment and expected benefit.
