Calculating Blank of Shell-like Parts Based on Triangular Mesh System

An algorithm to calculate blank of shell like parts based on triangular mesh system is presented.According to the conditions that deformations in material are most evenly distributed and volume remains constant,a positive definite target functional is constructed.Minimizing the functional with an iterative scheme,contour of blank is obtained.Because condition of volume remains constant is included in the method,calculated result is more reasonable.Numerical test of method shows its rapid convergence and easy practical application.

A general elasto visco plastic(EVP) constitutive equation for multi axial stress state is established from uniaxial EVP equation,J2 flow theory and isotropic hardening criterion,and an EVP FEM is formulated by derived equation in connection with incremental virtual work principle.Large formation FEM code on the basis of formulation is used to simulate uniaxial drawing of a sheet metal specimen.Simulated processes are in good agreement with experiment.More complicated stamping of square box is also simulated with good results to confirm proposed formulation.

A modal control method and controller design scheme for intelligent mechanically electrically acoustically coupled noise control system is proposed.Feed back control gain matrix of modal controller can be set up according to given damping ratio by proposed method.

Performance and work reliability of soap film flow meter developed by authors are presented.Relationship between successful rate of soap film sliding through measuring tube and tube expansion ratio,pressure drop and concentration of soap emulsion are demonstrated by figures.The flow meter is characterized by high precision at small folw rate,low pressure drop during measurement,and suitable for fuel consumption measurement of small LPG engine.

In respect of uncertain anti disaster investment,expected utility function is defined,and on its basis conception of equivalent variation is extended.According to payment of equivalent variation compensation value,three kinds of anti disaster investment benefit are defined,method of benefit calculation is given.Three kinds of benefit definition and algorithm are applied to anti-flood investment.Definition of optimal benefit is found by comparing calculation results.Expected benefit of uncertain anti disaster investment is also defined,and option value to evade risk is difference of anti disaster investment and expected benefit.

Vehicle pollutants dispersion in urban street canyon was evaluated by numerical simulation.Mathematical model of vehicle pollutants dispersion was introduced,and pollutants concentration distribution in street canyon was simulated.The characteristics of vehicle pollutants dispersion in street canyon were obtained,and influence of street configuration was discussed.Research results will be helpful for inspecting,evaluating,and preventing atmosphere pollution in urban street.

Dynamic test of AUDI disc brake was performed on JF-132 vehicle brake tester.ARX model with external variable of the brake was developed.Based on measured data,model structure was determined,model parameter was identified employing optimal auxiliary variable method.Through validation of residual whiteness and comparison of different observed data,precision of model was confirmed.

Traditional statistical parameters of rough surface are dependent of sampling interval and resolution of the instrument.Fractal parameters can be used to characterize surface profile because of their scale independent and self affinity.Taking rigid disk surface as an example,fractal parameters are obtained by means of power spectrum and structure function,providing a proper geometric model for further contact analysis.

Multi factors complex tests U6(66) on wear resistance of specimen were performed according to scheme set up by uniform distribution test design method.Specimens with regular burrs were made of 45# steel with laser textured technique.Investigations into topographical and tribological features were conducted on MM 200 friction and wear tester.Multi factor linear regression equation was derived from test data using SPSS(statistical package for social science).Results showed test speed,load,duration and circular pitch of burrs are factors of significance and axial pitch of burrs is of weak effect.

Experimental Research on Freezing Adhesive between Mine Car Model and Coal Particles

A model of mine car was developed to study freezing adhesion behavior between coal particles and metal surface.Effects of moisture content,temperature,freezing time and successive loading times before cleaning min car on freezing adhesion were studied experimentally,and it was found former 2 factors are necessary conditions for freezing adhesion while latter 2 factors are parameters affecting adhesion volume.Chemical adsorption between coal particles and metal surface and freezing force between ice layers appear to be mechanisms of freezing adhesion at low temperature.

A vistual integration environment for vibration drilling of laminated materials is developed by means of MATLAB and VC+ + language.System simulation is performed by GM(1,4) model incorporating gray relevancy analysis and residual compensation,and parameters optimization is realized by reversal deduction algorithm based on golden section method.Developed environment offers convenience for simulation and optimization of varying parametes vibration drilling of laminated materials and test,verification and evaluation of experimental model.

Dimensionless variable equation of general mathematical model was derived by means of dimension analysis and Buckingham's π theorem,and it was linearized.Main working parameters of tested salt field filming machine were measured under prearranged conditions and data regression coefficients were estimated by least square technique.Effects of each parameter on power consumption were discussed.Results are not only helpful to improve filming machine and optimize its parameters,but also applicable to similar problem of many kinds of agricultural machine.

Using Mallat algorithm on the basis of wavelet transform and multiresolution analysis(MRA) in connection with traditional FFT,a new speech signal fundamental frequency detection method is presented.Experiments showed the method can restrain effect of speech signal formant on fundamental frequency without consideration of transient character of speech signal,being characterized by calculation quickness and estimation accuracy in comparison with traditional method.

Data scale and knowledge can be changed with the time,so it is necessary to estallish update association rule.Therefore,algorithm of SuperFUP is derived on basis of algorithm of FUP.Proposed algorithm is characterized by the fact that it only scans whole database once and pay more attention to updated data,so SuperFUP is more efficient.

Error prediction in building the system model based on fuzzy inference is proposed.Control variable is composed of two parts,i.e.generalized predictive control (GPC) variable and fuzzy control variable.This is aimed at offsetting effect of model mismatch and strengthening robustness of GPC algorithm.Simulation results showed proposed control method is effective in application to complicated industrial systems with time-delay.

In respect of defect of current evaluation method of injury degree of pressure container active fault,a comprehensive evaluation method of injury degree based on acoustic emission source using artificial neural network was proposed.Result of application of this method to evaluation of injury degree of pressure container active fault is in good agreement with that of local nondestructive recheck.

Compressing viscoelasticity of cancellous femur upper part of normal fresh corpse of our country was studied experimentally including compressing stress relaxation and creep test in 3 directions:longtitudinal,transversal,and in 45癲irection.Normalized stress relaxation and creep functions were regressed from obtained data and illustrated in curves.Results showed both longtitudinal stress relaxation and creep of cancellous femur upper part are larger than those in other 2 directions,demonstrating it is an anisotropic material.

A new sealing adhesive for PVC pipes was developed,adopting chlorinated polyvinyl chloride copolymer and the polyvinyl chloride copolymer as sticky materials,and DBP as the plasticizing agent and alkyd resin to modify the natures of the adhesive,using special solvents with different boiling points and filler powders in order to fit the technological requirements.Developed adhesive is characterized by high adhering capacity and reliable hermetic sealing.
