Effect of Vibration and Noise on ACTH and Cortisol in Animals

Abstract: Studied the effect of vibration and noise on ACTH and cortisol in animals.To explore the pituitary adrenocortical systemic transform mechanism of vibration and noise induced stress.The survey illustrates:Significant changes of plasma ACTH and serum cortisol have been viewed when the rats had been exposed to 130 dB white noise and 7 Hz/0.5 g sin vibrational semaphore for 45 minutes and t test(p < 0.01).
