Periodic and odd-periodic quadriphase mismatched filtering arrays

Abstract: The periodic and odd-periodic quadriphase mismatched filtering arrays are proposed in this paper. Existing conditions of periodic and odd-periodic quadriphase arrays and two construction methods, folding and periodic multiplication, are presented. With such construction, as the quadriphase array size increases, the loss, with respect to the periodic or odd-periodic correlation, converges to zero. The periodic and odd-periodic quadriphase arrays can be applied in an actual system, and the influence of the sidelobes on the system can be overcome.
