Universal the blade the broken stubble power consumption influence of the working parameters of the rotary tiller broken stubble

Abstract: The rotavator broken stubble universal blade single-pole torque (power consumption) experiment used orthogonal experimental design method. Determined by analysis of variance in the broken stubble working, impacted the power consumption of the main factors for the blade speed, deep tillage was followed, the operating speed of the unit power consumption did not significantly affect the power consumption; Applied orthogonal polynomial function approximation theory with the blade rotation, , Constructed the functional relationship between the tillage depth. When operating in the broken stubble ,the power consumption can be predicted by the function relationship.
