Multi-objective decision-making of production organization in agile manufacture environment

Abstract: The selection of the favorable cooperative partners of the supply chain is an effective production organization method. In order to optimize the decisionmaking, a model for the product mapping and sorting and its production supply chain system were built. To solve the problem of selecting the supply chain partners, an index system to evaluate the partnership was induced. A mathematical model of the multiobjective decisionmaking was built using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and a real case of product development was calculated and analyzed. The results can reflect objectively the real situation, and be helpful to the enterprise to realize the production agile manufacture and the production organization optimization.
