激光调阻机高精度可编程电压源电路的时域分析

摘要: 论述激光调阻机中用有源单臂电桥进行刻蚀电阻的原理, 提出在低阻测量时消除线电阻及其接触电阻的一种方法. 在时频域对激光调阻机高精度可编程电源电路进行分析, 得到消除线电阻及其接触电阻的结论.

Abstract: The present paper deals with the theory of resistance trim by means of source wheatstone bridge in the laser resistance trim system and presents the method of removing line resistance and junction resistance in low resistance measurement. High precision programmable power circuit of the laser resistance trim system is analyzed in time-domain, and the conclusion of removing line resistance and junction resistance is achieved.
