摘要: 提出一种采取倾角和张角相结合的器件结构抑制行波光放大器光激射的新方法. 实验结果表 明, 抑制效果显著, 制作工艺简单.

Abstract: The present paper presents a new method for restraining the light lasing of the travelling-wave optical amplifier by means of the comb ination of dip and taper angles in the structure of the device. The experimental results show that the restraining effect is obvious. It provides a new method for making travelling-wave optical amplifier.
