摘要: 设计一种泵浦激光器恒温控制系统, 并建立其理论模型, 分析了控制参数对系统阶跃响应的影响. 该系统采用TEC双向电流制冷(制热), 可用多种温度传感器作为测温元件, 运用PID控制原理获得满意效果.

Abstract: In order to achieve required stabilities of pump lasers and make laser diode work at a constant temperature, we designed a stable temperature control system and set up its theoretical model. We got an optimized con trol plan after concrete analysis. This system was cooled(warmed) by adopting TEC with two-way current. Many types of temperature sensors can be used. The PID processor and a good result have been achieved.
