淡水生物膜上铅和镉解吸的动力学特征

摘要: 以净月潭作为培养生物膜的水体获取生物膜, 利用双常数速率方程和Elovich方 程研究膜上被吸附的铅、 镉解吸动力学过程. 结果表明, 生物膜释放镉的速率大于释放铅 的速率, 解吸接近平衡时, 膜上有近10%的铅、 60%的镉释放到水溶液中.

Abstract: Freshwater surface coatings were collected in Jingyuetan Lake, Jilin Province for the measurement of Pb and Cd released by the surface c oatings after adsorption. Double-constant rate equation and Elovich equation wer e employed as models to describe time-varying release of Pb and Cd adsorbed by t he surface coatings in laboratory. The results indicated that the rate of Cd rel ease by the surface coatings was greater than that of Pb with 10% of Pb and 60% of Cd released to solutions near equilibrium, respectively.
