摘要: 给出一个推广的Ginzburg-Landau-Devonshire(GLD) 自由能表达式. 其对铁电薄膜的电滞回线计算结果表明, 非中心对称铁电薄膜的电滞回线 也呈非中心对称(关于E=0, P=0).

Abstract: A generalized Ginzburg-Landau-Devonashire (GLD) free energy is represented to study the behavior of ferroelectric thin film with a imperfect surface layer. The effect of the imperfect surface layer on the hystere sis loop makes the hysteresis loop deviate from central symmetry (on point E=0, P=0).
