天然水中细菌胞外聚合物对重金属的吸附规律

摘要: 研究了长春南湖水中优势菌种的胞外聚合物对金属锰、 铅和镉的吸附规律, 结果表明, 3种金属在胞外聚合物上的吸附均遵守Langmuir和Freundlich热力学方程. 而胞外聚合物中锰的存在会影响其对Pb和Cd的吸附.

Abstract: The adsorption of three kinds of heavy metals Mn, Cd and Pb by extracellular polymers was investigated. The extracellular polymers were obtained from superiority bacteria in Changchun South Lake. The results show that both the Langmuir and the Freundlich isotherm equations could describe the course of the adsorption of the three metals on the extracellular polymers. The existence of Mn in extracellular polymers affected the adsorption of Pb more seriously than that of Cd.
