摘要: 介绍了大气环境影响评价(Environmental Impact Assessment, EIA)计算机软件的理论基础、 设计思想和实现方法, 利用Visual Basic (VB) 语言编制专门处理EIA数据 计算的应用程序, 使得大气扩散模式浓度计算能够借助计算机快速准确地完成.

Abstract: The present paper deals with the theoretical basis, designing thinking and practical method of atmospheric environment impacting the assessment (EIA) of computer software, and a program is written in Visual Basic language to make the calculation of the data from EIA, which makes the concentration calculation of atmospheric diffusion model finished rapidly and accurately by means of a computer.
