摘要: 采用浸渍法制备Cu/Al2O3催化剂. 研究了Al2O3< /sub>晶形对催化剂结构和性能的 影响, 考察了催化剂对仲丁醇脱氢活性和选择性的影响. 借助BET, XRD和TPR对催化剂进 行 表征, 结果表明, 载体影响催化剂表面铜物种的存在状态. 对载体进行处理, 可 获得性能较佳的仲丁醇脱氢催化剂.

Abstract: Cu/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. We studied the effect of different crystal forms of  Al2O3 on the structure and properties of the catalyst and also investigated the effects of these catalysts on the dehydr ogenation of 2-butanol and the selectivity to MEK. Based upon the characteriza tion by means of BET, XRD and TPR, it is conduded that supports can effect the s tate of copper species on the catalyst surface. By an appropriate treatment of the supports, we could get the optimal catalysts for the dehydrogenation of 2-b utanol.
