淀粉基两性天然高分子改性絮凝剂的合成

Synthesis of amphoteric starch-based natural polymer modified flocculant

摘要: 以淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物为原料, 通过Mannich反应和水解反应, 合成了同时 具有阴、 阳离子基团的两性高分子絮凝剂. 最佳反应条件为: 接枝物、 甲醛与二甲胺的 摩尔配比为1∶1.1∶1.5, 接枝物浓度在2.5%, 胺甲基反应温度50 ℃, 反应时间 2.5 h, 阳离子度达50%以上; 碳酸钠与氢氧化钠的质量比为1.4∶1, 水解剂与接枝物的 摩尔配比为1∶1, 水解温度为65 ℃, 水解时间3 h, 阴离子度达23%以上. 产物对印染和 造纸污水的浊度和化学耗氧量(COD)去除率优于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM).

Abstract: The amphoteric polymer flocculant with anion and cation was syn thesized with starch-g-polyacrylamide by Mannich reaction and hydrolysis. The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows: the molar ratio among gr aft polymer, formaldehyde to dimethyl amine was 1∶1.1∶1.5, mass concentrati on of graft polymer 2.5%, temperature of methylamine reaction 50 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h , cationic degree 50%; the mass ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydrox ide 1.4∶1, the molar ratio of hydrolytic agent to graft polymer 1∶1, hydro lytic temperature 65 ℃, hydrolytic time 3 h, anionic degree 23%. The turbid ity an d chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rate of this product for dyeing factory a nd paper mill waste water are better than those of HPAM.
