CaSiO3∶Eu3+荧光粉的合成及光谱性质

Preparation and Spectral Properties of CaSiO3∶Eu3+Phosphor Powder

摘要: 利用高温固相法合成了CaSiO3∶Eu3+荧光粉, 确定其最佳的合成条件为: 烧结温度1 200 ℃; 烧结时间3 h; 助熔剂用量3%; 激活剂的配比为2%(摩尔分数). 对合成样品进行了荧光光谱分析, 结果表明, 该荧光粉的光谱中609 nm处出现很强的发射峰, 归属为Eu3+5D07F2跃迁发射.

Abstract: CaSiO3∶Eu3+ phosphor powder was prepared by the ceramics method. The optimal synthetic conditions are that sintering temperature is 1 200 ℃, sintering time is 3 h, the concentration of t he fluxing agent is 3%, molar matching of the activating agent is 2%.The fluorescence spectrum of the phosphor powder was measured. The results indicate that the emission spectrum exhibits a sharper and more effective peak at 609 nm corresponding to the 5 D07F2 transition of Eu3+.
