(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉的表面包覆与性能

摘要: 采用传统的高温反应方法合成出(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉 颗粒. 利用乳胶法对荧光粉颗粒表面包覆MgF2. 对包覆过程中反应物种类与浓 度、 反应温度与时间进行研究, 将NH4F直接滴定到MgCl2和荧光粉 混合物中包覆最佳. 通过X射线衍射、 红外光谱、 激发光谱和发射光谱等研究了表面包覆 的荧光粉颗粒的结构性能.

Abstract: (Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu powders were prepared with the conventio nal solid-reaction method. Surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu powders with MgF2 were prepared by the emulsion method. The best preparing wa y is that MgCl2 was dropped to the mixture of NH4F and (Y, Gd)BO3∶Eu powders to prepare surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO3 ∶Eu powders. The interaction between F- ions and the phosph or particles was discussed. The structures of surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu powders were measured by XRD, IR, excitation spectra and emission spectra.
