大功率半导体激光器恒温系统

摘要: 采用半导体制冷和风冷混合制冷的方式对大功率半导体激光器进行恒温工作控制.通过实验研究半导体激光器的工作温度保持在45℃以内,控温精度在±0.1℃的状态下稳定工作,半导体激光器输出功率达到15.28W.

Abstract: A semiconductor cooling and wind cooling system was used to control the temperature of a high power semiconductor laser.The working temperature of the semiconductor laser can be kept below 45℃ and the error of the temperature controlled is ±0.1℃.The system worked normal within the room temperature.The output power can reach to 15.28W under above conditions.
