摘要: 用一种改进的高效液相色谱方法测定了具有高毒性药酒中乌头碱的含量,基于测定结果确定了该药酒的中毒剂量.同时揭示了该酒剂乌头碱中毒的化学原因.

Abstract: A modified HPLC method was used for the separation and the determination of aconitum alkaloids in medicine wine.The toxical dosages of the preparations were established on the basis of the data from the above determination.At the same time,the chemical reasons of aconitine poisoning were revealed.These reasons have provided some scientific bases for the clinical safe drug use.
