聚 乳 酸 微 球 的 制 备

Preparation of Polylactic Acid Microspheres

摘要: 利用聚乙烯醇和阿拉伯胶作为修饰剂, 采用溶剂挥发法制备聚乳酸微球, 通过正交实验设计研究了不同的修饰剂、 有机溶剂、 聚乳酸浓度、 表面活性剂、 搅拌速度等因素对微球粒径的影响, 并对制备的微球粉体学性质进行了初步研究. 结果表明, 在本文的工艺流程下制备的微球具有较均一的粒径, 平均粒径为2.0~3.0 μm, 微球表面平滑, 呈球形.

Abstract: Polylactic acid(PLA) microspheres were prepared by conventional solvent evaporation method using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/arabic gum(AG) as the modifier. In order to gain the best parameters for preparing microspheres with homogeneous size, the influences of different factors on average diameter of microspheres were evaluated by orthogonal-designing method. Five factors with four levels were considered in the experiment, which were different modifier, organic solution, PLA concentration, surfactant and agitating rates. The micromeritics characteristics of PLA microspheres were also evaluated. The result shows that the microspheres we prepared have relatively uniform diameter, the optimum even diameters is about 2.0~3.0 μm, and the surface of the microspheres is smooth.
