GdFe11Ti和GdFe11TiH的磁各向异性

Magneto-crystalline Anisotropies of GdFe11Ti and GdFe11TiH

摘要: 用单离子模型计算分析了GdFe11Ti 和 GdFe11TiH 化合物取向多晶样品在300 K的高场磁化曲线, 计算拟合得到化合物的各向异性常数K1(300 K)分别为15.0 K/f.u.和17.0 K/f.u., 明显大于相应的YFe11Ti 和 YFe11TiH的值. 结果表明, 该差别主要源于Gd化合物中的Gd-Fe交换作用的各向异性.

Abstract: The magnetization curves of magnetically aligned powder samples of GdFe11Ti and GdFe11TiH at 300 K were analysed based on the single ion model. The values of magneto-crystalline anisotropy constants were fitted to be 15.0 K/f.u. and 17.0 K/f.u., which are strikingly different from those of YFe11Ti and YFe11TiH. It was shown that the difference comes from the anisotropy of Gd-Fe exchange interaction in Gd compounds.
