摘要: 通过2,6-萘二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换反应合成中间体2,6-萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHEN), 探讨了BHEN缩聚反应合成聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯的影响因素, 筛选出醋酸锌为催化剂、 位阻酚1010为抗氧剂, 采用正交实验设计方法, 确定了酯交换反应和缩聚反应的较优工艺条件.

Abstract: The effects of synthetic conditions on the synthesis of polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) from the polycondensation of BHEN via transesterification between 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate (NDC) and ethylene glycol (EG) were studied. With zinc acetate as catalyst and steric phenol Weizufen 1010 as antioxidant, the transesterification reaction conditions of NDC with EG and processing conditions for BHEN polycondensation were optimized by orthogonal experimentation.
