摘要: 给出大批量定制生产方式与产品配置器的关系, 并从理论研究与技术两个角度描述了产品配置的发展现状、 研究内容、 知识表示以及目前存在的问题, 在此基础上提出基于图形知识的配置表示, 指出了降低配置计算复杂性、 提高配置求解效率的可行性方法以及产品配置器的应用前景.

关键词: 大批量定制, 产品配置, 产品配置器, 配置知识表示

Abstract: We first analyzed the relationship between mass customization and product configuration, and the present condition, research contents, knowledge representation of product configuration not only from the applicati on point of view but also from the theoretical research one. On the basis of the facts described above, we proposed the graphbased knowledge representation of configuration, moreover, we pointed out the methods to lowering the complexity of configuration computation and improving the efficiency of configuration solving, and the application prospects of configurators.
