Zn-Fe氰化物配合物的合成及其催化环氧丙烷开环聚合

摘要: 以N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺为配体合成了Zn-Fe氰化物配合物催化剂, 以叔丁醇为链转移试剂, 用正交试验方法探索了该催化剂开环聚合的最优条件, 正交实验结果表明, 最佳反应条件为t=100 ℃, t=6 h, w(Cat)=15 mg, w(t-BuOH)=15 mg. 分析 结果表明, 反应产物的数均分子量Mn为10000~13000,分子量分布较窄 (Mw/Mn≤1.30). 并对聚合反应机理进行了探讨.

Abstract: A new Fe-Zn double metal cyanide (DMC) complex is a very effective catalyst for the ringopening polymerization of propylene oxide. With tertbutyl alcohol as the chain transfer agent, orthogonal experimental design was used to find the optimal conditions for the polymerization. The optimal conditions: temperature 100 ℃,t=6 h,w(Cat)=15 mg,w(t-BuOH)=15 mg. Polyoxyproylene diols with Mn(10000~13000)were prepared, and these polymers exhibited the narrow polydispersity (Mw/Mn≤1.30). The me chanism of polymerizationwas discussed.
