摘要: 从生物信息学角度, 对操纵子预测的研究进行了回顾和总结. 概括叙述了多种预测算法所使用的数据源, 介绍了预测操纵子的主要算法. 分析了各种算法的利弊, 指出目前操纵子预测中存在的主要问题, 并针对各种问题提出改进方案, 为操纵子预测的研究提供参考.

Abstract: We mainly surveyed the approaches on operon prediction and summarized the current art of the state in bioinformatics. After presenting most datasets in operon prediction and introducing most important popular algorithms, some disadvantages were pointed out. Furthermore, some future challenges w ere discussed and some solutions were suggested which are helpful to the future researches.
