摘要: 通过高温热解聚合物前驱体方法制备Si掺杂BN纳米管. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的结构与形貌进行表征, 结果表明, 样品属于一端开口的竹节状BN纳米管, 通过变温光致发光谱及喇曼光谱研究了Si掺杂BN纳米管的光学性质. 

Abstract: A method for synthesizing silicon-doped BN nanotubes through catalyst assisted pyrolysis of Si-B-C-N precursor was reported. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and high transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) observation showed the nanotubes have a special bamboo structure with an open end. In order to study the optical properties of the nanotubes, the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum and Raman spectrum were measured under the excitation of 488 nm laser.
