乌头属中药中主要生物碱在不同性别家兔尿中的代谢产物

摘要: 考察动物性别对尿中乌头碱代谢产物的影响. 用液相色谱电喷雾离子阱多级质谱法分别从雄性和雌性家兔尿中检测到乌头原碱、 乌头次碱、 16-O-去甲基乌头次碱、 16-O-去甲基乌头碱和乌头碱, 并从雄性家兔尿中检测到去乙酸乌头碱, 为法医鉴定及临床检验提供了乌头碱中毒的判别依据.

Abstract: To investigate whether or not aconitine metabolism is affect by sexual distinction, aconitine and its five metabolites were separated from the urine of female and male rabbits and identified after aconitine poisoning by means of liquid chromatographyelectrospray ion trapmass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) which is useful in identifying aconitine poisoning in forensic medicine.
