五味子红色素的提取工艺

摘要: 采用pH=3的乙醇提取五味子色素, 通过单因素实验设计分别研究了提取温度、 时间、 材料与溶剂比例3种因素对五味子色素提取率的影响. 通过正交实验法, 以五味子红色素的提取率为主要指标, 对pH=3的乙醇提取五味子红色素的工艺进行优化, 确定了五味子红色素的最佳提取工艺: 以5倍量pH=3的乙醇溶液为溶剂, 75 ℃下浸提2 h. 通过对五味子红色素的红外光谱进行解析, 确定其属于吲哚类色素.

Abstract: Schisandra red pigment was extracted with acid ethanol (pH=3) extraction method, by which the effects of three extraction factors including extraction temperature, time and the ratio of material to extraction solvent on the rate of extraction were studied. With the extracting rate of Schisandra red pigment as main indicator, the extracting process was studied by orthogonal test to optimize the acid ethanol (pH=3) extraction method. The optimum extracting procedure of Schisandra red pigment was extracted with ethanol 5fouldvolume of acid as extracting agent for 2 h at 75 ℃. Schisandra red pigment was identified to be indole pigment through FTIR spectra.
