摘要: 系统地综述了酶法手性拆分技术的最新研究和应用进展, 对动力学拆分、 动态动力学拆分和对映体收敛转化3种方法进行了比较, 并介绍了酶,尤其是脂肪酶在非水介质中催化酯和氨基化合物的立体选择性水解、 转酯化和酰胺化的研究进展及其在技术上遇到的问题和解决方法.

关键词: 手性拆分, 动力学拆分, 动态动力学拆分, 对映体收敛转化

Abstract: The present paper described the recent research and application of chiral resolution by enzyme {catalysis}. The methods of kinetic resolution, dynamic kinetic resolution and enantioconvergence resolution were compared with each other. The steoroselective hydrolysis, transesterification and acylation of esters and amines catalyzed by enzymes, in particular, hydrolases in non-aqueous solution were also introduced {according} to the progress of research and the problems of technology.
