聚羧酸减水剂的合成及其掺混水泥浆后的流动性能

Synthesis of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer and CementPaste Fluidity of Its Mixture with Slurry

摘要:

采用水溶液自由基共聚的方法合成聚羧酸高效减水剂, 并通过红外光谱确定了聚羧酸高效减水剂的结构, 考察了聚羧酸高效减水剂侧链的长度、
减水剂在水泥中的掺量、 测试温度等对水泥净浆流动度的影响. 结果表明: 长侧链比短侧链的减水剂流动性更好; 减水剂在水泥中的掺量为其质量分数的0.2%; 随测试温度的升高, 水泥净浆流动度反而降低. 将新合成的聚羧酸高效减水剂与国内外常用产品进行比较, 结果显示性质优良.

Abstract:

A series of polycarboxylate superplasticizers was synthesized via aqueous solution radical copolymerization method, and the structures
of polycarboxylate superplasticizers were identified by IR. The effects of the length of side chain, the dosage of superplasticizer in cement paste and the testing temperature of cement paste were investigated. It was shown that the paste of superplasticizer having longer side chain had better fluidity than that of those having shorter chain. The optimal dosage of superplasticizer in cement was 0.2%; the fluidity of cement paste was decreased with increasing testing temperature. The newly synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizers were compared with commonly used products at home and overseas, showing that these superplasticizers exhibit excellent performance.
