Determination of Heavy Metal Elements in Four Kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines by Microwave DigestionGraphiteFurnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要:

用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定中药大罗伞、 小罗伞、 七叶莲、 刺五加[KG*8]中Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn 4种重金属元素的质量比, 对基体改进剂、 灰化温度及原子化温度等实验条件进行选择和优化, 并在选定的实验条件下, 利用标准曲线法进行分析. 实验结果表明, 4种重金属元素质量比的标准曲线有较好的线性关系, 相关系数r>0.999, 平均回收率为94.6%~103.4%.

Abstract:

Using microwave digestiongraphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), we determined the mass ratio of Pb,Cu,Ni and Mn in four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines (Psychotria rubra, Spotted ardisia, Caulis et folium schefflerae arboricolae, acanthopanax senticosus), selected and optimized matrix modifier, ashing temperature and atomization temperature. Under the selected experimental conditions, we used standard curve method to analyze the mass ratio of Pb,Cu,Ni and Mn in traditional Chinese medicines. Experimental results show that the standard curves of four kinds of heavy metal elements have good linear relationship (r>0.999). The average recovery rates are 94.6%—103.4%.
