基于改进分水岭算法的图像分割算法

摘要: 针对传统分水岭图像分割算法存在的对噪声敏感、 误分割率高等缺陷, 提出一种基于改进分水岭算法的图像分割方法, 以获得更理想的图像分割结果. 首先对原始图像进行滤波预处理, 消除噪声对图像分割的干扰, 保护分割目标的边缘信息; 然后对图像进行变换处理以增强图像对比度, 并在此基础上采用分水岭算法分割图像; 最后采用多种类型图像在MATLAB2014平台上进行仿真测试. 仿真测试结果表明, 该方法避免了噪声对图像分割结果的影响, 能获得更理想的图像分割效果, 且分割精度和效率明显优于其他图像分割方法.

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional watershed segmentation algorithm, such as noise sensitivity and high rate of false segmentation, we proposed a novel image segmentation method based on improved watershed algorithm in order to obtain better image segmentation result. Firstly, the original image was filtered to eliminate the interference of noise to image segmentation, and the edge information of target was effectively protected. Secondly, image was transformed to enhance contrast of the image, and then image was segmented by watershed algorithm. Finally, several types of images were tested on the MATLAB2014 platform. Simulation results show that the proposed method can avoid effect of noise on image segmentation results, and can obtain better  image segmentation results, moreover, the segmentation accuracy and efficiency are better than other image segmentation methods.
