摘要: 利用一些不等式技巧, 在一维有界区域上证明一个半导体双极量子能量输运稳态模型弱解的唯一性. 即当晶格温度较大, 且Planck常数、 电子电流密度和空穴电流密度较小时, 该模型的弱解是唯一的. 结果表明, 该器件模型的解是适定的.

Abstract: We proved the uniqueness of weak solutions of a stationary bipolar quantum energytransport model for semiconductors in onedimensional bounded domain by using some inequality techniques. In other words, when the lattice temperature was large and the Planck constant, the electron current density and the hole current density were all small, the weak solution of the model was unique. This result shows that the solution of the device model is well posed.
