放射源226Ra和133Ba的衰变γ能谱分析

Decay γ Spectrum Analysis of Radioactive Sources 226Ra and 133Ba

摘要: 采用p型同轴高纯锗探测器测量含226Ra的荧光仪表盘与标准源133Ba的衰变γ能谱, 并分析特征γ射线的能量和强度. 结果表明:226Ra能谱中出现226Ra的特征γ射线及大量226Ra的衰变子核的特征γ射线;133Ba谱中出现133Ba特征射线及大量和峰, 由计数率随距离变化关系及γ射线级联关系证明存在和峰.

Abstract: The ptype coaxial highpurity germanium detector was used to measure the decay γ energy spectrum of 226Ra which came from fluorescent instrument panel and 133Ba standard source, the energy and intensity of characteristic γrays were analyzed. The results show that the characteristic rays of 226Ra and a large number of characteristic γ rays of the decay daughter nucleus of 226Ra appear in the 226Ra spectrum. There are large number of sum peaks in 133Ba γ spectrum except its own characteristic rays. The existence of sum peaks is proved from the relationship between counting rate and distance and γ ray cascade.
