白虫草多糖的提取及其抗炎功能

Extraction and Antiinflammatory Function of Polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris Link

摘要: 用超声波提取法从白虫草(Cordyceps militaris Link)全草中提取多糖, 通过响应面法确定最佳提取工艺, 利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测白虫草多糖的成分, 鉴定其主要的单糖组成, 并利用RAW264.7体外细胞抗炎模型检测白虫草多糖的抗炎效果. 结果表明: 最佳提取工艺为提取温度65 ℃, 超声波功率1 800 W, 提取时间3.0 h, 该条件下的提取率可达31.56%; 其单糖组成分别为Ara,Gal
,Xyl,Man,Glc和Rha; 白虫草多糖具有抗炎活性.

Abstract: Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris Link. The optimal extraction process was determined by response surface method. The components of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris Link were detected and identified by high performance liquid chromatography. The antiinflammatory effects of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris Link was tested by  using RAW264.7 in vitro cell antiinflammatory model. The results show that the optimal extraction process is the  extraction temperature of 65 ℃, ultrasonic power of 1 800 W, extraction time of 30 h, the extraction rate can reach 3156% under this condition. The monosaccharide components are Ara,Gal,Xyl,Man,Glc and Rha. The polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris Link has antiinflammatory activity.
