摘要: 利用光子和电子联合输运MCNP程序的电子脉冲计数类型的能峰展宽模拟计算NaI(Tl)探测器的γ能谱, 与实验结果符合较好. 利用能峰展宽参数计算不同能量γ射线的峰总比, 结果与实验值相符, 验证该计算方法可用于NaI(Tl)探测γ能谱的模拟. 对不同能区γ射线的能谱进行模拟, 并分析了能谱的形成过程. 

Abstract: The Monte Carlo method for Photon-Electron’s transport was used to calculate the γ spectra of NaI(Tl) detector by peak broadening of electronic pulse height tally. Then the peak-to-total ratios in the NaI(Tl)detector to various γ-ray were calculated, and the results are fit in well with the experiment data. Finallythe simulated γ spectra of different energy are explained.
