摘要:

研究非离子型表面活性剂曲拉通(TX-100)对恶臭假单胞菌降解生物膜中双酚A的影响. 结果表明, 低浓度(小于临界胶束浓度, CMC)TX-100抑制生物膜中双酚A的降解, 而高浓度(大于CMC)TX-100可促进生物膜中双酚A的降解, 并且随着生物膜中TX-100浓度的增加, 双酚A的降解率逐渐增大; 同时发现TX-100存在条件下生物膜主要化学组分的选择性萃取分离可导致恶臭假单胞菌降解双酚A的能力下降.

Abstract:

Effect of nonionic surfactant TX-100 on biphenol A (BPA) degradation in the natural surface coatings by Pseudomonas putida was investigated. TX-100 inhibits the biodegradation of BPA in biofilm at low concentrations (<1.0 critical micelle concentration, CMC), however, it enhances BPA degradation in the presence of TX-100 at high concentrations (>1.0 times of CMC), and the degradation rate of BPA increases gradually with the increase of BPA concentration. The removal of the main components of the natural surface coatings by the selective extraction techniques has an effect on the BPA degradation, leading to a significant decrease in the biodegradation of BPA.
