高效氯化镁球形载体的制备及性质

摘要:

采用自行设计的磁力搅拌反应釜, 用低速搅拌法制备了球形氯化镁载体, 并研究了氯化镁球形载体的热重曲线, 测定了氯化镁乙醇配合物中乙醇和水的质量分数. 载体的扫描电镜照片表明: 载体呈球形, 粒度分布较均匀. 载体负载后, 催化丙烯聚合, 活性较高, 得到颗粒形态较好的球形聚丙烯.

Abstract:

Spherical MgCl2 support was prepared at a low stirring dispersion speed in a selfdesigned magnetic stirring reactor. SEM measurement showed spherical support had nice morphology. The particle size distribution of the support was even. The ethanol and water mass fraction of the support were determined through the thermogravimetry. Spherical supported ZieglerNatta catalysts for propylene polymerization showed a high activity, obtaining spherical polypropylene particles.
