摘要:

基于电荷耦合器件和单片机技术, 设计一个2 160像元的线阵图像采集系统. 该系统根据线阵电荷耦合器件驱动模块的要求, 设计了图像数据的高速采集与缓存、 串行通信接口上传与上位机显示软件. 该数据采集系统具有单次采集和连续采集两种工作模式, 图像刷新率可达5帧/s. 实验测试结果表明, 该线阵图像采集系统成本较低、 工作稳定、 使用方便, 可应用于产品尺寸测量和非接触尺寸测量.

Abstract:

On the basis of chargecoupled device and microcomputer technology, we designed a data acquisition system of linear CCD array with 2 160 pixels. According to the driver of linear CCD array, we completed the highvelocity data acquisition module, RS232 communication and the display software. It has two operation modes (trigger mode and continual mode), the frame per second reaches to 5 f/s. The tests show that this low cost data acquisition system is reliable and easy to use, and can be used in the untouch size measurement of product.
